Structural Equation Model on Pro-Social Skills and Expectancy-Value of STEM Students

<p style="text-align: justify;">The objective of the study was to develop a structural model that explores relationship between Mathematics Performance and students’ self-regulated learning skills, grit, expectancy-value towards science, technology, engineering mathematics (STEM). The research collected survey data from 664 senior high school students 17 STEM schools, conducted covariance-based equation modeling (SEM) analysis. results SEM analysis indicate Re-specified Self-Regulated Learning Skill – Expectancy-Value Grit (Re-specified SRL-EV-GR-MP) is most parsimonious fit, offering best empirical support for theoretical study. findings suggest performance in curriculum attributed their expectancies success perceived values tasks, skills. Moreover, also observed evidence mediating moderating grit effects concurrent expectancy-values skills performance.</p>
